Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Deposit Policy At our company, we strive to provide timely and efficient HVAC services to all of our customers. To secure equipment, schedule installations, and allocate our technicians, a deposit is required to reserve your service appointment and equipment. 1. Deposit Requirement A deposit is required to confirm all equipment orders, installation appointments, and major service projects. The deposit allows us to reserve inventory, schedule technicians, and allocate resources for your project. 2. Non-Refundable Deposit All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been received, the equipment may be ordered, reserved, or removed from available inventory, and technician time may be scheduled specifically for your project. 3. Appointment Scheduling Installation or service appointments will only be scheduled once the deposit has been received and confirmed. 4. Rescheduling Customers may request to reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. While deposits are non-refundable, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on technician availability. 5. Cancellation If a customer cancels the project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded, as it covers administrative costs, scheduling, and equipment reservation. 6. Balance Payment The remaining balance for equipment and services is due according to the terms agreed upon in the invoice or contract, typically upon completion of installation unless otherwise specified. 7. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Reservation & Deposit Policy.
